Our house is at 12 km from Chianni, in the countryside of Pisa, heart of Tuscany, in a strategic and central site from which to reach classical touristic destinations such as Volterra, Pisa , San Gimignano and Siena..
Close to Andrea Bocelli's Teatro del Silenzio, Podere La Sterza is unique for its very personal and original furnishing. It stands on a hill at the 6th km of the Provincial Road to Miemo (SP14) in the Commune of Chianni (PI) and comprises three buildings.
Below flows the Sterza, the torrent that gives the name to the area and that crosses fields and woods that during the hunting season are full of hunters; behind the house and all around it are the gentle Tuscan hills characterised by cypresses and sunflowers and that frame the property: 20,000 square metres of which 2000 belong to the garden.
